As this is individual counselling, waiting times may occur. Please simply remain in the waiting room; you will then be invited into the conversation. If an appointment is too busy, please try again at the next appointment. In principle, counselling in English is also possible; however, documents cannot be translated. The language of the counselling room corresponds to your browser language.

Tips for preparing for your online consultation

- Have relevant documents ready digitally as PDF or JPEG files, for example photographed documents.
- Write down the most important questions in advance.
- Summarise your concern as briefly as possible.
- If possible, use a laptop or PC instead of a smartphone.
- Test your camera, microphone and speakers in advance.
- Ideally, use headphones or a headset.
- Find a quiet place where you can speak without being disturbed.
- Make sure your device is sufficiently charged or connected to a power supply.
