summer break!
The Studierendenwerk Erlangen-Nürnberg (in cooperation with the FAU Family Service) runs a day café for student mothers and fathers - and of course their children - directly on the Regensburger Straße campus of FAU (Department of Education). In a fully equipped playroom, the little guests are allowed to let off steam while the parents can talk about coping with everyday student life with a child over coffee and snacks.
As a rule, an educational specialist is on hand to offer parents advice and knowledge at the day café. Not only educational questions, but also special student topics should be discussed during the meetings - for this purpose, external experts and speakers are invited at regular intervals to provide the day café guests with all kinds of useful information and to answer questions. In summer, a green, shady outdoor area with a playground is available for young and old.
