Social Counselling is a service offered by the Psychosocial Counselling Services of the Studierendenwerk Erlangen-Nürnberg for students.
Topics covered by Social Counselling include, for example, student financing in addition to BAföG, social benefits, housing benefits and child benefits, studying with children, counselling for international students, studying with a disability or chronic illness, and social security during the final phase of your studies.
Social Counselling supports students during their studies by providing orientation and information to help them make decisions in special life situations.
Counselling sessions are free of charge and confidential.
Individual counselling appointments can be arranged. Appointments are offered in person, by phone or by video consultation.
